The use of CITYOPT Operational Tool has been done in context of Nice case. This case is focusing on optimisation scenarios related to demand response services. The users of Operational tool have possibility to get information about needs of load shedding and they can react by own behaviours, offering decrease of electricity use. The user communicates with the Operational tool with tablet shared by the project for 140 test users. The load shedding by single user is motivated by rewarding CITYOPT points, which can be directed to local projects getting economic benefits of the actions.
